The selection of personnel with experience involves an initial interview to assess the motivation and capacities of the applicant in order to identify people whose profile is consistent with the values and rules of CDP. Subsequently, eligible applicants go through technical testing and interviews with the departments they might potentially join.
The selection of recently graduated applicants can involve group testing using an assessment centre approach, the use of psychological and aptitude tests, general knowledge examinations and individual interviews.
