Matteo Del Fante
Matteo Del Fante holds a degree (1992) in Economics and Finance “Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi” in Milan and followed graduate specialization course at the Stern Business School, New York University.
Since June 2010, he is the General Manager of Cassa depositi e prestiti S.p.A..
Starting from 1991 he joined JPMorgan gaining extensive professional experience dealing with large European clients with respect to strategic and financial operations. In 1999, after having held various positions, he was appointed Managing Director in London, working until 2003 for major European bank’s customers.
In December 2003, he moved to Cassa depositi e prestiti S.p.A. where he held the position of Head of Finance until September 2009, afterwards from February 2009 he began to manage the Real Estate Business Unit. In March 2009 he was appointed as Managing Director of CDP Investimenti SGR S.p.A., of which he currently is Chairman.

- 2007 at present: Member of the Board of Directors of the consulting firm Sinloc S.p.A.;
- 2008 at present: Member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of the company Terna S.p.A., owner of Italy’s electricity transmission grid (RTN);
